For efficient working, Pakistan association of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeons is divided in local chapters. These chapters are under direct supervision of elected focal persons.

Chapters will hold monthly meeting at venue decided by the focal person to discuss

• The monthly agendas
• The issue related to cardiac surgery training 
• Improvement of patient care and well being
• To update the monthly progress
• To put forward suggestions to the executive body
